Kathy,

Thank you for your comments. I definitely feel strongly that women should be so comfortable with their value and able to define it so they can then ask for what they are worth. I know it is very uncomfortable for women to do this for many different reasons that I would love to explore in a panel. I think it's a great idea!

Dear Boni - thanks for spreading the word about the importance of personal branding and why being authentic is critical to building trust in your brand. You have obviously found your and are stepping up to become a thought-leader. You are living your brand. I love to see that!

Idea - I have suggested to Tricia that she host a panel discussion on Knowing Your Value (and pricing accordingly). My experience is that professional women have difficulty asking to be paid what they are worth. Furthermore, I have run into many people (including women) who expect women to provide their services for free. I believe that women should be paid for the value that they create. We must learn to ask for it with full confidence and conviction (look them in the eye!).

With your tagline of "Know Your Value: When you believe it - you can sell it" -- I imagine YOU have a strong opinion on this matter.

All the best for your success. - Kathy
