As a working mother and wife, Career Strategy Consultant and Empowerment Coach Boni Candelario understands the difficulty many women have in finding time to focus on themselves. Her mission is to empower women to take charge of their careers and believe in their success.
Using a value-based approach, Boni assists people stuck in difficult career and life balance situations, and specializes in helping women climb the corporate ladder and start their own businesses. She also works with women who are in the midst of a career transition and looking to re-enter the workforce.
With a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, and Human Resources, Boni coaches clients from their current circumstances and helps them achieve the next level by teaching them how to showcase their value to management, colleagues, future employers and clients.
